The Harrison Icon

Pure Fire Innovation for the Home Chef That Likes to Entertain ‘Big’

The ultimate choice for your outdoor kitchen, this powerful, double-chambered charcoal oven promotes creativity through its unrivalled versatility. For the most outstanding culinary fire experience, you cannot beat the power and dramatic effect created by the Harrison Icon.

From £9,250 (£11,100 inc. VAT)

Not only does the Icon have double the cooking capacity of the Harrison Classic, its two chambers mean it can also cook at two different temperatures at the same time, so the chef can be searing steaks at 300°C in the bottom chamber, while baking bread at 200°C in the top chamber.

As a bonus feature, the top chamber enables the bottom chamber to retain intense heat for long periods of time, which means the Icon is even more heat-efficient and economical on charcoal than the original Harrison Classic. Perfect for slow cooking joints like brisket overnight.

The Harrison Icon comes with a stainless steel cabinet on wheels, to make transporting it easy. The cabinet contains the ashtray and a large drawer for charcoal.
